New year, new challenges! With the FIRST Robotics Kickoff unveiling an exciting new water-themed game, we got straight to work! After analyzing the game and brainstorming strategies, we’ve developed a game-winning strategy and now are focused on turning that strategy into reality by building our robot. We are focusing on going for a guaranteed ranking point making us an invaluable teammate. With this strategy a bulk of our time in the building and designing phase will go into making the climbing method to get that ranking point. 

To accomplish this, we’re implementing big changes in managing our workflow to accommodate this challenge and hopefully boost our productivity. We’ve adopted a project-based approach, assigning tasks to individuals supported by helpers who collaborate with their sub-teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. This has yielded good results this week with us making amazing headway in designing the robot. 

 With the first week nearly behind us, we’ve made incredible progress. Enthusiasm is running high, and our team is more motivated than ever to tackle the challenges ahead. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue building and innovating!
